Each session begins with individual care. You arrive and settle in, starting with a short guided atonement to help you feel present. The session unfolds in a safe, supportive space, guided by what’s present for you. Soft sounds of nature and instruments like guitar and hand drum gently lead you inward, opening your heart space in a subtle, non-verbal way.
We close with a gentle integration, leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and supported.
